The LightSync remotes are designed to last for many years. Over time some components will wear, and you may find that your buttons don’t have the same feel, or that the battery life isn’t quite what it used to be.
This maintenance service is like a tune-up for your remote. We inspect and replace any worn button pads or actuators, and replace the battery. At this time, we do not offer any cosmetic options (scratch fixes, etc).
We also replace your damaged remote antenna. If you do not need the antenna replaced, please use the “Lightsync remote maintenance” option instead.
